What is personal data?

Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a living individual. Examples of personal data include name, address and personal identity number.

How do we use your personal data?

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), we would like to inform you that personal data submitted via our web forms will be processed by us. We store and process personal data such as name, email address and telephone number. The purpose of this processing is to enable us to contact you and respond to your message.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is the consent you provide before submitting the web form. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.
You have the right to contact us to request information about the personal data we hold about you, to request rectification, data portability, restriction of processing, to object to processing, or to request erasure of your personal data. The easiest way to do this is by contacting us via email at info@nominit.se.
More information about GDPR is available from the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. The information generated by cookies regarding your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers located in the United States.

Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators, and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website provider. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

You can prevent Google from collecting and using data (cookies and IP address) by downloading and installing a browser plugin. Please refer to your browser’s help section for the best available options. In addition, you can refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. Further information about Google Analytics can be found on Google’s website.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA to enhance the security of our website, in particular to protect it from automated crawling and spam. Google reCAPTCHA analyzes whether data entered on the website, for example in a contact form, is entered by a human or by an automated program.

For this purpose, Google reCAPTCHA automatically evaluates various types of information, such as IP address, the duration of your visit to the website, or mouse movements. This is done to ensure that the interaction is carried out by a human and not a robot.

Further information about Google reCAPTCHA can be found on Google’s website.
