A comprehensive approach to C-parts

Components suitable for manufacturing in our own facility are produced in-house. When there are advantages in letting carefully selected partners handle production, we choose the option that provides the greatest value for you as a customer. Regardless of production method, we apply equally high standards for quality, delivery precision and sustainability.

The result is a simplified purchasing and logistics chain, fewer suppliers and a reliable, long-term partner for efficient C-parts supply.

For simplicity, we have categorized our offering into nine categories. In addition to cold-formed, turned and milled items, we also offer sheet metal parts and bag packaging, see “Other”.

We offer technical support at an early stage of the development process. Together with the customer, we analyze and optimize the design for cold forming, with the goal of creating a functional and cost-effective solution. Through our experience and technical expertise, we can provide valuable input that improves both product design and production results.

With in-house tool manufacturing, we have full control over the entire process, from design to finished production. This results in shorter lead times, high flexibility and the ability to make quick adjustments when needed. The close integration between tool manufacturing and production ensures high quality and stable processes.
